Frequently asked questions
Do gift cards expire?
No. Unox gift card credit never expires. The recipient can use it whenever they are ready.
Can the recipient choose any language?
Gift card credit is for lessons paid through Unox, with any teacher, and Chinese (Mandarin) is the language with teachers today. While paid lessons are paused, the credit can't be used for new lessons.
Can I send a physical card?
Currently Unox gift cards are digital only — the recipient receives an email with your message and a redemption link.
Can I buy multiple gift cards at once?
Each checkout covers one card for one recipient — to send several, you would check out once per person. Note that purchases are temporarily unavailable right now; redemption of existing cards still works.
Have a gift card?
