A standard broadband connection (10 Mbps or faster) is sufficient for HD video sessions. Most home WiFi and 4G mobile connections work perfectly. If you experience quality issues, the platform automatically adjusts video resolution to maintain a stable call.
Can I record my sessions?
Yes. Audio recording is built into the classroom — no third-party tools needed. You're asked for consent before the lesson starts, and recordings are visible only to you and your teacher, stored in your account.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free and has no notice window — pick any future slot your teacher still has open. Cancelling is priced by how much notice you give, the same ladder for every teacher: More than 24 hours before the lesson: full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refunded. Less than 12 hours: no refund. A lesson paid from your wallet balance comes back in full any time up to 12 hours before. If your teacher cancels, you are refunded in full whatever the notice.
