Frequently asked questions
How do online lessons work for young children?
Lessons happen over video call โ teachers use digital whiteboards, interactive games, and shared screens to keep young learners engaged. Sessions are structured so children stay focused for the full lesson.
What if my child has never studied before?
Most of our young students start from zero. Teachers assess your child in the first lesson and build a personalised plan from there โ no prior experience needed.
How long are lessons for kids?
Lessons come in 25, 50, and 80-minute lengths. Younger children (roughly ages 5โ9) usually do best with 25-minute sessions; older children and teens can handle 50 minutes, with an 80-minute option for the most motivated. Teachers help you find the right length for your child's attention span.
Do I need to be present during lessons?
For children under 8 we recommend parents sit nearby for the first few lessons โ you are welcome to sit in on any lesson. If you can't watch live, link your child's account and follow their progress and weekly report in the parent dashboard.
