- What happens if I miss a lesson?
- Your lesson credit is returned to your balance automatically. Starter credits roll over 60 days; Committed credits roll over 90 days. Credits never expire before then.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do you lock me into a contract?
- No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Unused credits remain in your account until their rollover deadline.
- Can I use my lessons across different languages?
- Yes. Lesson credits work with any Unox teacher in any of our 7 languages — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, and English.
