DELF & DALF Tutor Online
Official French language certificates issued by the French Ministry of Education. DELF covers A1–B2 and DALF covers C1–C2. Both carry lifetime validity — no renewal required — and are recognised by universities, immigration authorities, and employers in over 170 countries.
4 Assessed Components at Every Level
Compréhension de l'oral
Listening comprehension. Candidates answer questions on recorded dialogues, announcements, and broadcasts. Question types include multiple choice, true/false, and short-answer grids.
Compréhension des écrits
Reading comprehension. Texts range from short notices at A1 to complex editorial articles at B2/C2. Tutors teach skimming strategies and inference techniques appropriate to each level.
Production écrite
Written production. Tasks include form completion, short messages, and formal essays. Assessed on task completion, coherence, vocabulary range, and grammatical accuracy.
Production orale
Oral production and interaction. Three stages: guided interview, document-based monologue, and point-of-view exercise. Scored on phonology, fluency, range, and precision. Preparation time included.
Each component is scored out of 25. You must score at least 5/25 on every component and 50/100 overall to pass.

Why Get DELF or DALF Certified?
French University Admission
Most public universities require DELF B2 or DALF C1. Sciences Po, HEC, and ESSEC require DALF C1 or above. TCF and DELF scores are submitted directly to Campus France.
Immigration — Titre de Séjour
DELF B1 is the standard level for long-stay residency (carte de résident). The TCF pour DAP variant is accepted by the OFII and immigration tribunals for French nationality applications.
Professional Recognition
French employers increasingly require B2 or C1 for client-facing roles. Some regulated professions (medicine, law, nursing) require DALF C1 for foreign-trained practitioners.
