Yes! Conversation practice is completely free and unlimited. No credit card required. You can practice conversations on any topic, at any level, as many times as you want.

How do I book a lesson with a teacher?

Browse our teacher directory, find a teacher you like, check their available time slots, and click Book. You'll receive a confirmation with your Unox Classroom link, and the waiting room opens 15 minutes before class.

Can I try a lesson for free?

Yes! Many of our teachers offer a free trial lesson so you can find the right fit before committing. Look for the 'Free Trial' badge on teacher profiles.

How does the trial lesson work?

A trial books a 25-minute introductory session with a teacher you have not had a lesson with before. Each teacher sets their own trial price and it is shown on their profile; a teacher who has not set one does not offer a trial. The lesson runs inside Unox Classroom exactly like a regular lesson.

What happens after the trial lesson?

After your trial, you can book more lessons at the teacher's regular rate, or continue exploring other teachers. There is no automatic subscription or charge. You decide if and when to continue.

Can I switch teachers?

Yes, absolutely. You can book lessons with any teacher at any time. Many students work with more than one teacher. Credits and packages you purchase are not locked to a single teacher.

What's your refund policy?

More than 24 hours before the lesson: full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refunded. Less than 12 hours: no refund. A lesson paid from your wallet balance comes back in full any time up to 12 hours before. If your teacher cancels, you are refunded in full whatever the notice.

How do I apply to teach on Unox?

Visit our 'Teach on Unox' page and fill out the application. Provide basic info, describe your teaching strengths, set the times you can teach, and optionally paste a link to an intro video. If you include a video, a person reviews the application and we aim to reply within 3 business days; without one, an automated content check decides it immediately.
