We built Unox around a simple belief: the future of language learning isn't a tool alone, and it isn't tutoring alone. It is a system where everyday practice removes friction and real teachers create transformation.
Who's behind Unox
Unox is built by a small team of women — all of us studied abroad. We've each felt what makes language learning expensive or out of reach. We're keeping this platform affordable for both teachers and students, so the people doing the actual work keep more of the value, and learners spend less to make real progress.

Studied in the US, finance background. Built Unox after years of watching the gap between what tutors are paid and what learners actually need to make progress — and being on both sides herself.

Independent and self-funded. We're keeping the team small on purpose so the price stays honest — most learning platforms grow staff faster than learners, and the price reflects it.
Our values
We'd rather have 100 excellent teachers than 10,000 average ones. Every teacher on Unox is reviewed, and we remove those who don't deliver.
When teachers earn fairly and build real students, they stay motivated. Unox takes a lower platform cut than most — because a well-paid teacher teaches better.
