Pricing questions, answered
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused lessons in any package can be refunded within 14 days, automatically from your dashboard. After 14 days, contact support and we'll work it out.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Free reschedule any time more than 24 hours before the lesson starts. Inside 24 hours, the lesson counts as used unless your tutor agrees otherwise.
What if my teacher isn't a good fit?
Tell us within 24 hours of your first lesson and we'll either refund that lesson or move your remaining package to a different teacher — no fee, no questions.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see on a tutor's profile is the price you pay — no platform fee, no booking fee, no monthly subscription. Stripe handles payment, no card details are stored on our servers.
Do package discounts stack with trial pricing?
The trial discount applies to one lesson per teacher, not on top of a package. If you buy a package after the trial, the package discount applies from lesson 1.
