How does the free trial work?
Start any subscription plan and your first 7 days are free. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 and you'll never be billed.
What is a lesson credit?
One lesson credit = one 50-minute lesson with any teacher on the platform. Credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
On the Basic and Standard plans, unused credits expire at the end of each 30-day cycle. Premium subscribers keep unused credits — they roll over into the next month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How is this different from pay-per-lesson packages?
